Pain is an Unfinished Story
Disturbing feelings that bring discomfort to your heart are an unfinished story. It’s not an invitation to fix but to initiate it into its fullness.
Turn toward the place you left it last, pick up the narrative and spin into a gate you pass through to make wholeness within yourself.
Like a tree with a broken branch that secretes its fluids to heal the space of a missing limb we too need to secrete our healing serum to include the missing in our wholeness. You have it within you!
This tells me that the process of making wholeness into being is messy. It’s a colourful kaleidoscope of all the pieces we choose to bring in together.
Sometimes we don’t know how to do this and we simply need the perspective that time generously gives. Sometimes it’s reaching out for help and ask for the kind of guidance that a trained or an experienced soul can offer. Sometimes it’s through taking a few steady, conscious breath, over and over and over again.
There’s no single way to write your story, no one path to lead it to a sense of completion. It’s not better done alone or with help. To your story it doesn’t matter how long it takes. Your story holds many truths not just one. And those change with each breath you take, reshaped by the cells of life.
Pain is simply a sign that your story is bleeding and is asking you to initiate it to the path of its belonging.
Shelly Sharon is helping those who know their gifts and strength lie in their life story and wounds, yet after all their efforts they don't seem to live that reality to the full and want to learn how to deepen their self-trust, expression and presence in there world.
